Farmhouse Near Little Swanport

This painting was based on a scene that caught my eye on a recent trip to Tasmania. I was attracted to the quiet familiarity of rural farmland with a simple homestead set against open paddocks and a wide shifting sky.  This piece reflects the calm, familiar presence of country life and the sense of space found in these understated landscapes. This painting was also a finalist in the Lethbridge Small Scale Art Award 2025 Salon exhibition.
